ILRC’s Crisis Behaviour Management training is a crisis management course built upon the tenants of the Independent Living Philosophy; recognizing that everyone has the ability make choices and take risks but that there can be consequences to our choices. It places the individual first and looks at behaviour management in the immediate present but also how it affects the future.
