Salt and Strength

The Salt and Strength program is designed to support people living with POTS (Postural Orthostatic Tachycardia Syndrome) and dysautonomia.

This program offers:

  • Peer Support – Connect with others who understand living with dysautonomia.
  • Education and Awareness – Learn practical strategies for daily living.
  • Supportive Supplies – Resources to help manage symptoms and live well.
  • Fitness and Strength Opportunities – Gentle, accessible movement options designed with dysautonomic conditions in mind.

  • Individuals living with POTS and dysautonomia
  • Community members seeking:
    • Support
    • Education
    • Connection
  • Those looking for tools and strategies to improve quality of life.
