Taxi & PTP Driver Training

DART: Accessible Transportation Training (DART: ATT)

DART: ATT is required to maintain a valid taxicab or PTP (Eg: Uber, Lyft) license in the city of Winnipeg. This applies to both new and existing drivers. ILRC is the exclusive provider of DART: ATT certification for Winnipeg VFH drivers, supporting a comprehensive and interactive training experience. Certification is valid for 3 years.

When registering for a course please allow up to two business days to process your confirmation and login. If you have not received a message by this time ensure that the message has not been re-directed to your spam folder.

Please ensure that your registration includes the last 5 digits of your license number. For taxi cab drivers this is the number portion of your VFH license issued by the City of Winnipeg. For PTP drivers this is the last 5 digits of your Manitoba Driver’s License (eg: XX-XX-XX-X123XX). Failure to include your license number can result in delays processing your registration.
