The Salt and Strength program is designed to support people living with POTS (Postural Orthostatic Tachycardia Syndrome) and dysautonomia.
This program offers:
- Peer Support – Connect with others who understand living with dysautonomia.
- Education and Awareness – Learn practical strategies for daily living.
- Supportive Supplies – Resources to help manage symptoms and live well.
- Fitness and Strength Opportunities – Gentle, accessible movement options designed with dysautonomic conditions in mind.
