DART Accessibility Transportation Training for new drivers

Description

Since 2016, DART: Accessible Transportation Training (DART-ATT) is required to acquire and maintain a valid taxicab license in the city of Winnipeg. This applies to both new and existing drivers. ILRC is the exclusive provider of DART-ATT certification for Winnipeg taxicab drivers, supporting a comprehensive and interactive training experience. Certification is valid for 3 years.

NOTE: THIS TRAINING IS FOR ALL NEW TAXI CAB AS WELL AS ACCESSIBLE PTP DRIVERS.

If you are not sure which training to take please contact the Parking Authority for clarification.

ILRC WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR DRIVERS TAKING THE WRONG COURSE.

All taxicab drivers complete a two part training program to receive their certificate.

Step 1: Online training
Step 2: In-person assessment

Complete the online registration form. Please be sure to include your license number in the appropriate field. Failure to include your license number will cause delays with your registration.
Your unique access code will be emailed to you within 2 business days.
Use your access code to complete the online training program.
After successfully completing the online training program sign up for your in-person assessment to receive your certificate.
